The first print run of SKIRMISH has SOLD OUT! Over the weekend we were at a local gaming convention where we introduced SKIRMISH to the gaming masses and they ate it up!

They enjoyed SKIRMISH so much in fact that we sold out of card sets before the convention ended! It was an exciting time. There lots of laughs and smiles and we got to meet many wonderful and exciting people.

What does this mean for SKIRMISH and House Murray? Well, it means that we will be looking into a larger second print run and continue to bring fun and family back to the kitchen table!

How about some more good news? Well, we are fully registered and ready to go for a upcoming local gaming convention, GameStorm 2013! (www.gamestorm.org) Hopefully we will be able to show SKIRMISH off to plenty of new people and sell the few remaining copies that are left from this first run.

The first shipment of cards have arrived. I am currently working on the packaging of them all. Once that has been completed they will be ready for distribution and purchase! Yay!

Funding has officially ended! I am now awaiting payment and then I will be getting things ready to place the order for the first run of SKIRMISH sets. Yay!

Just to let you know as fast as this summer is going I am still working on getting things ready for the next funding run. I have also started working on the next SKIRMISH theme deck. Gotta keep things rolling forward right?

For the next funding run I’ll be able to ask for a smaller initial amount. That’s going to help a lot!

In other great news if you haven’t been following the SKIRMISH facebook page (top right link of this page) a group of Boy Scouts got their hands on a set of cards and they couldn’t stop playing on their camp outing. This is really exciting news as it opens a few doors that I didn’t even know where there! Just when you think you have a good handle on something a surprise happens, and luckily for me it was an awesome surprise.
